We are hiring for the position of Human Resources - Manager with full time working hours for our company office, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd, for residents of Kuala Lumpur and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher are highly needed. Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 8,000 - RM 11,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

This position develops, implements, and aligns HR programs with business objectives, serving as a strategic partner of the senior management team while supporting employees in their day-to-day HR needs.

The role will be responsible in designing and finalizing the HR policies, contributing to business strategy, develop workforce plans and programs, forecast talent needs and address the talent gaps, orchestrate learning skills and career development of the workforce, employee engagement, attrition management, employee relations, affirmative action compliance, policies and procedures, employee salary and compensation administration, benefits administration, and employee assistance.

People:

  1. Coach and mentor leaders and align people towards agreed upon strategy.
  2. Instill a stronger mindset for all employees aligning to the company’s values, culture across the organization in general.
  3. Be a visible internal and external leader and champion program for Senheng.
  4. Supervise the HR staff and lead the HR team in creating an inviting and cohesive employee experience.
  5. Take care of 1 main entity with 7 associated companies

HR Operational

  1. Implement HR policies and programs including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, wage and salary administration, benefits, and management training.
  2. Partner with management to address day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits issues, performance management and training.
  3. Provide objective and strategic input and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization including career development, and general management / employee relationship issues.
  4. Guide managers and employees in resolving employee relations issues by providing effective conflict resolution and coaching to with the ultimate goal of turning employee behavior around.
  5. Identify and implement training programs.
  6. Develop and implement effective hiring and employee retention programs to reduce attrition.
  7. Implement and manage compliance efforts with all the Labor laws and regulations that govern the private companies relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  8. Develop and manage annual budgets for the department and drive cost efficiency by performing periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  9. Build the Branding of the company to attract new talent and build pipeline.
  10. Drive process improvement and continuous effort to build HR information system and dashboard.
