JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for the technical, quality, and schedule management of HVAC, pipelines, processes, and other aspects of the engineering project.
2. Lead the deepening design of HVAC, pipeline, and process disciplines. And make the construction technology plan.
3. Providing technical support for on-site construction, Conduct technical communication with all relevant parties of the project.
4. Reasonable control of material selection, procurement plan, and quality .
5. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the project manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Major in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, Air Conditioning Engineering, Environment.
2. At least 5 years of experience as an engineer and electrical supervisor in clean workshops, industrial plants, pharmaceutical, food factories, etc., accepting the working environment and conditions of Party B’s construction enterprise.
3. Familiar with Microsoft office and Auto CAD design software.
4. Understand relevant local laws and regulations, industry technical specifications, and engineering acceptance standards, and be familiar with the project operation process.
5. Outgoing personality, strong ability to withstand pressure, accept long-term business trips.
