Job Purpose

As the Regional Marketing Manager, APAC, you will drive marketing planning and activities for the region aligned with the business priorities, opportunities, and sales targets. You will focus on increasing brand awareness and lead generation via integrated multichannel campaigns. You will closely collaborate and share the results with the key stakeholders, including regional, market and sales leaders and wider teams.

You will be a part of the Group Marketing function and will work with the global team of experienced marketers, regional sales and practice subject matter experts, helping to build well thought out campaigns reinforcing key messages and value propositions to the right target audience at the right time. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing manager who is ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic organization, working with colleagues from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the relationships and alignment with regional business stakeholders and sales team.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans for the APAC region while taking advantage of the global marketing team framework, assets, and resources.
  • Create and execute integrated multichannel B2B campaigns in collaboration with APAC Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive.
  • Utilize thought leadership, events, webinars, email and social media marketing in the marketing campaigns based on the goals, target audience and other aspects.
  • Measure, analyze, and report the campaign results to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of TMF Group services and its clients.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years relevant marketing work experience in a B2B services industry.
  • Experience in campaign execution across the full marketing spectrum.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate the priorities, plans, progress and results to senior leadership.
  • Strive for understanding of the markets, target audience and TMF Group services.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible to developing business priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems. Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus.
  • University degree.
