Our company SMC AUTOMATION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Penang & Subang Jaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of internship opportunity and be able to work in internship system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,100 - RM 1,200 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Internship (Marketing Department) – Subang Jaya, Selangor – Priority for Marketing / Mass communication Student
Job Description :
- Provide general administrative support to the customer service department.
- Focusing on the customer service function by ensuring that orders, stock and movement of products are processed in the ERP system and delivered to the customer.
- E.g. order processing and daily customer service activities.
- Support all marketing promotional events, activities and related tasks.
- Update new products, promotions, flyers and videos on Company Website, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube.
- Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and perform data analysis.
- Assist in events, exhibitions and Roadshows whenever required.

- Ensure good working ethic during working hours.
- Maintaining & tracking inventory.
- Stock, organizing and rearrange products in warehouse
- Assist in a store documentation and operations
