We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Johor Bahru and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as IT Executive in our business office, VALUEMAX GROUP.

Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 3,500 - RM 4,500, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

- Support hardware and software for office and retail outlets
- Monitoring the IP network tunnel for outlet and office
- Monitoring the main PC for outlet by using ping info software
- Support hardware and software for desktop/laptop such as configurations, hard disk health check
- Windows, Microsoft Office, Kaspersky setup, upgrade and troubleshooting
- Support pawn shops and retail shops application setup, escalate to second level application support for application support problem
- Prepare report for weekly meeting
- Update asset list, CCTV list, telephone list, etc.
- Manage outlets hardware such as desktop, laptop, printer, network and other IT equipment
- Maintain the IT asset list for all hardware/software
- Troubleshoot software, desktop, printer, other equipment issue such as reinstall Windows, change hard disk
- Coordinate with supplier if outlet CCTV has issue
- Troubleshoot remote viewing problem such as network, camera and others
- Apply the new internet line and telephone for new outlet such as Unifi, Maxis, Digi, Time.com and others
- Manage outlet internet lines and telephone lines
- Troubleshoot the internet or telephone issue with vendor and internet service provider
- Monitoring the IP network tunnel for outlets
- Monitoring the WAN 1 and WAN 2 internet status
- Troubleshoot and bring up the network tunnel if facing any issue
- Setting Microsoft Outlook for user email use
- Create username and setting authority for network attached storage (NAS) file storage server
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with outlet staff
- Possess own transport and able to travel to outlets when needed
Job requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin would be advantageous (in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking outlet staff)
- At least least 2-3 years working experience in hardware & software support
- Experience in IT Support of retail outlet operations advantageous
