Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job Summary:
This IT Manager will be based in Indonesia, Majalengka. He/ She report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He / she will be responsible and accountable for the organization-wide systems and information to meet key organizational objectives. He/she will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Contribute to IT planning, development strategies/initiatives and determine current and future company’s computing needs.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations to cater to the organisation’s growth.
- Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
- Act in alignment with user need and system functionality to contribute to organisational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation.
- Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
Specifications/Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Diploma/ Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong and proven experience as an IT Manager with at least 5-7 years of relevant management experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance
- Good knowledge of Networking, IT Compliance and Project Management.
- Forward-looking, and able to manage efficient communication with internal customers, suppliers, foresee and resolve problems.
