Due to continued growth across the Score Group of companies, Score Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking the skills and experience of an IT Service Desk Technician to join our global IT support team, supporting our worldwide operations from our office in Kuala Lumpur.

Job summary

As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing front line support services to the Score Group of companies. Attention to detail and providing excellent customer service are essential attributes for this role. 

Your role will make huge impact in the following:

  • You will be responsible for providing level 1 IT support to our company.
  • You will be responsible for escalating issues to the next Service Desk tier, ensuring all troubleshooting details are documented in the call.
  • You will be ensuring user support calls are kept up to date and all relevant details documented.
  • You will be responsible for calls getting actioned in a timely manner, ensuring issues are responded to and resolved within their SLA timescale.
  • You will ensure your work is carried out in accordance with company policies, standards, and work instructions.
  • You will handle the procurement of equipment and software.
  • You will be given any other ad hoc assignments by IT leadership.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related IT field studies.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar role.
  • Working Experience in ticket/case management.
  • Candidates must have knowledge in ITIL principles and troubleshooting skills from their previous workplace.
  • Able to write and converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia as the role required.
