The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 2,500 - RM 4,200. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Scopes:

  • Handling the service request from countries in South Pacific Region via iCare system/emails
  • Be responsible to follow up the service process. Ensure the flow of service is fulfilled.
  • Follow up the pending request from customer or engineer.
  • Provide a regular service analyze data and report to internal and customers.
  • Communicate and to manage the performance Service Provider of Huawei
  • Daily inbound and outbound calls and ticket handling on iCare
  • Routine follow up call and email on the status of the case to the customer.
  • Perform survey and also test calls on the regular basis.
  • Competent on maintenance process and flow.
  • Basic performance report creation via excel and word
  • Emergency issue (Critical/Emergency/Immediate Action) SMS + Email update/notification to customers/management team.
  • WFM monitoring

Job Requirements:

  • Prefer Candidate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Has experience in management or Customer Service and related experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of service logistics and post-sales spare parts management.
  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
  • Ability to work closely with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party vendors.
  • Good spoken and written in English, while proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good computer skills at IT tools application, such as MS Office
  • Willing to work under 7/24 shift basis, including public holiday and weekend.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
