This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Cyberjaya and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 6,000 - RM 7,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years

Roles & Responsibility.
· Willing to work 24/7 production support.
· Ability to communicate both in English and Japanese languages (written )as well
· Ability to solve problems in a collaborative and mutual manner based upon the needs of multiple parties
· 3 to 4 yrs. experience in IT service desk
· Desktop troubleshooting ,installations
· CCNA certification/ Knowledge
· Knowledge networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks.
· Excellent knowledge about DC,DHCP ,network Protocols
· Should have worked in a Production support environment and familiarity with ITIL process – Incident, Change, Problem.
