This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Melaka and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 1,500 - RM 2,500, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Description
· Diagnose hardware and software problems
· Install, configure and upgrade computer hardware components, including laptop, PC, monitor, processors, memory, hard drives, and graphics cards, etc
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
· Perform system maintenance tasks, such as data backup and software updates.
· Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing step-by-step instructions.
· Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory of computer equipment and software.
· Conduct tests and evaluations on computer systems and components to ensure proper functioning and compatibility.
· Assist in the setup and configuration of new computer systems and peripheral devices.
Job Requirements
· No experience needed, fresh graduates are welcome
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
· Responsible, teamwork & able to work under pressure
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues would be an added advantage
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
· Able to follow instruction as given
