We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Junior Executive Human Resource & Administration. For those of you who live in Semenyih and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, JAKEL TRADING SDN. BHD., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,800 - RM 2,500. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage all aspects of human resources, including hiring, payroll, training and employee relations.
  2. Make sure payroll is processed on time and that all payroll data transactions are correct.
  3. Communicate with statutory bodies EPF,SOCSO,LHDN,HRDF about related issues.
  4. Schedule and update interviews and filling.
  5. Perform banking, parcel delivery, and others duties in the absence of dispatch.
  6. To prepare monthly reports on human resource related matter.
  7. Reorganize and update filling system.
  8. To provide guidance to employee on human resource policies and procedures; to ensure compliance and promote a harmonious workplace.
  9. Carry out any other duties/responsibilities or ad hoc issues assigned by superior.
