– penerimaan, pendaftaran, persediaan untuk penghantaran, dan menghantar surat-menyurat perniagaan keluar kepada salinan kawalan ruang alamat yang ditetapkan dalam hal perusahaan itu
– rekod penyimpanan pergerakan dalaman keluar dan masuk surat-menyurat perniagaan, memaparkan maklumat yang berkenaan di kawalan dokumentasi pendaftaran (kad, buku, majalah) dan asas dokumentasi data
