Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Logistics Coordinator. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 2,500 - RM 3,500. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

General Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and managing tasks for shipping documents team.
  • Responsible to monitor and coordinate of import and export shipments activities
  • Coordinate with Shipping line, Forwarding agent, customers and internal teams on shipment requirements.
  • Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer service issues
  • To plan for shipment schedule base on Customer’s requirements
  • To coordinate with forwarder on shipping schedule and booking records
  • Logistics coordination based on multiple ship locations.
  • Arrangement with import / export trucking service provider
  • Work with Finance on project shipment based on terms of payment
  • Coordinate with shipping documents team to ensure documents preparation & release to logistic operation team, forwarder, customer and finance on timely manner
  • Assist in monthly report preparation
  • To support customer service and problem solving
  • Involvement in department KPI achievement and improvement process
  • To ensure compliance to the regulations and ISO requirements

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing industry with export markets

● Possess a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any other

related field

● Detail minded, responsible, self-motivated, energetic and willing to work

under pressure and datelines.

● Able to self-manage, prioritize.

● Strong focus on clear and effective communication with team and others

● Ability to multi-task and to meet critical deadlines

● Possesses initiative, able to work independently with minimum supervision

and result oriented.

● Good command of English
