We need you to fill the position as Logistics Executive for our office.

This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Selangor and its surroundings.

If you are a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of warehouse operational activities.

·       Ensure accurate and timely data entry into system.

·       Provide administration support to the sales team, retails & HR department.

·       Ensure smooth transportation of arrangement for delivery of inventory.

·       Prepare daily administration/ operational tasks: deliver order, filling documents and etc.

·       Managing inventory turnover of HQ supplies, sourcing for suppliers/ vendors.

·       Ensure all the copies of delivery orders are returned in good condition.

·       Maintain proper record keeping and filling system to trace back in the future.

·       Perform general admin tasks: answering phone calls, fax and replying emails.

·       Able to handle ad-hoc tasks when assigned by superior.

·       Other relevant assignment from time to time.

·       Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

·       Possess positive attitude and be able to perform multi-tasking. 

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·       Must be willing to work in Balakong.

·       Willing to learn, committed to work, meticulous, responsible and hardworking.

·       Must be computer literate: Microsoft Excel & Office.

·       Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·       Training will be provided.

·       Preferably candidate who are able to start immediately.
