As a competent company, we Company Confidential are looking for candidates for the position of logistics operation assistant with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, experienced in Services & Logistics/Supply Chain and domiciled in Johor and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
• Ensure that consignment orders and ocean freight are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs, Transporter on cargo transportations/status.
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
• Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.
• Maintain systematic document filing.
• Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.
• Perform any other ad hoc assigned by department head.
• Diploma/Degree holder in Business/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics field, preferably with experience in Metal/Soft Commodities field.
• High attention to details, efficiency, organize, planning and problem-solving skills are compulsory for this position.
• Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload.
• Positive working attitude & be a good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g., Excel/words.
• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Neat and disciplined documentation.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia language.
