Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 2,800 - RM 3,500. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
· Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the deliveries
and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
· Inspect warehouse equipment & tools regularly, and update maintenance checklist as needed.
· Meet regularly with Assistant Manager to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity, security and loss prevention in the warehouse
· The warehouse executive will need to cross check with planner to ensure no over-pulling or stock overflow.
· The warehouse executive needs to ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse.
· The warehouse executive is also responsible for maintaining reports pertaining to the warehouse. The reports include inventory of stocks, dead stock, consumption and manpower.
· The warehouse executive is also responsible for providing cost cutting ideas in the warehouse.
· Check and ensure that all the material deliveries are complete, GRN raised, to facilitate PO close out and invoice payment.
· Ad- hoc task assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS;
· Possess at least SPM or Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Warehouse, Logistics or any related field
· Over 3 years of working experience in a warehouse/logistics lead role
· Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, power Point)
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently whilst still being a team player
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
· The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
