We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Lead, manage and implement the Company’s Supply Chain Management’s (SCM) activities comprising of procurement, tendering, contracting as well as providing advice to the Company on legal matters to ensure work processes are systematically and effectively performed with a high standard of integrity, professionalism and quality in accordance with the approved company’s Limit of Authority (LOA), Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to safeguard the Company’ interests and avoiding contractual and legal disputes/complications.


1) Supply Chain Management Strategy

Formulate plans and strategies on the Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities through instituting good governance, strict enforcement of approved works processes and full compliance to the Limit of Authority (LOA), Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the Company’s philosophy and objective of SCM in the procurement of materials, equipment and services are met whilst maintaining high standard of integrity, professionalism and quality.

2) Limits of Authority (LOA) Focal

Lead and manage the development/revision of the Company’s LOA, Policies and relevant SOPs by facilitating inter-departments discussion with the relevant custodian of the subject matters in PETRONAS as well as benchmarking the practices of other relevant PETRONAS Group of Companies to support the implementation and ensure consistent practices and compliance to PETRONAS Group’s requirement. 

3) Company Tender Secretary

Act, perform and deliver the Company Tender Secretary’s roles and responsibility by advising the proposed contractual requirements and reviewing the proposed implementation of tendering & contracting activities to ensure compliance to established policies and procedures and to safe-guard the Company and PETRONAS’ interest, reputation and image.

4) PETRONAS Compliance

Lead, assess and review the relevancy of the implementation of PETRONAS SCM-led initiatives such as Policies, Procedures, e-Procurement, e-Bidding, etc through effective planning and engagement sessions to disseminate and communicate the information to relevant stakeholders in order to sustain common understanding and correct application in meeting both business and compliance to PETRONAS Group’s requirement.

5) Contract Strategy

Strategise and lead the development of contracting strategies/tender plans/procurement plans and manage all contracts undertaken by the Company by providing relevant contractual advice, contract negotiation, effective tenders & contracts evaluation, appointment and management of consultants and contractors, available resources, processes and procedures to ensure smooth progress for the implementation, timely delivery, within approved budget and full compliance to the requirements, terms and conditions of the contracts in order to ensure value generation through outsourced services.

6) Advisor to Stakeholders on Contract and Legal Document

Lead, manage and provide advice to various stakeholders on contractual and legal documentation such as Invitation to Bid Documents, Memorandum of Understandings, Agreements, Contract Documents, Letter of Undertaking, Disclaimers, etc through close referencing and liaison with PETRONAS Legal Services Unit (LSU) to ensure the Company’s interest are fully protected and safe-guarded against any unwanted and exposure of legal complications.

7) Advisor to Stakeholders on Contract and Legal Issues

Lead, manage and secure appropriate advices on all legal and contractual issues encountered by the Company including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights through working closely, discussion and engagement with the relevant stakeholders and PETRONAS Legal Services Unit (LSU) to ensure all legal aspect are properly considered, clarified, discussed and debated to safe-guard the Company’s interest.  

8) Coordinator for Audits

Manage the interface and coordination activities with Group Internal Audit Division (GIAD) and other parties (within PETRONAS and external such as Government Agency ie: PETRONAS GSCM, Finance, LHDN, Tourism, etc) by providing the timely feedbacks, clarifications, reports, assistance, advise, etc to ensure smooth operation of the department and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and standards in order to safeguard the Company’s image and interest.

Networking and Relationship Building

Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.

Good Governance

Enforce the implementation of applicable PETRONAS procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard PETRONAS interest, image and reputation.

Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE) and HSE Policies

Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the objectives and provisions of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE) and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.

Leadership & Capability Development

Drive the development of competent working team that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high performance delivery to ensure internalisation of the right leadership and capabilities in executing their jobs.

Mindset, Behaviour & Culture

Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behaviour and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instill high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.


Degree in Quantity Surveying/Business Administration with a minimum 5 to 8 years of similar working experience and exposed to procurement, tendering, contracting and legal environment.
