We are offering a salary of RM 8,000 - RM 10,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description:

  • To implement a complete Cash Management and Borrowing Structure for the Group and subsidiaries to maximize returns and minimising finance cost.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments/ subsidiaries personnel to ensure treasury objectives and timeline are achieved.
  • To enforce the Treasury Standard Policies & Procedures in line with the Group’s funding and risk management objectives.
  • Ensure treasury report of the department are updated
  • Vet loan legal documentation which includes Offer Letters and loan agreements
  • Facilitate the perfection of loan documentation
  • Ensuring the documentation required for funding are prepared and organized
  • Maintain close rapport with the financial institutions and keeping abreast of latest financial schemes.
  • Monitor the purpose of facilities and utilisation of credit facilities limits
  • Monitor repayment schedules & source of funds for repayment of future debt repayments, project launches, projected sales, etc. Information are required to be compiled from various departments via discussions with department heads.
  • Oversee the issuance of guarantees, draw down of cash facilities and trade lines and its subsequent renewals
  • Prepare business plan, group cashflow projection and ad-hoc reports for decision making, analyse and monitor company performance.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting or professional qualification ACCA/MICPA/MIA/CPA or or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and excellent in analytical and financial data sourcing skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
