We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Shah Alam/Subang and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as MANAGER, INTEGRITY & GOVERNANCE in our business office, S P Setia Berhad.

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Services & Lawyer/Legal Asst are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

  • To handle, record and register complaints and monitor the time taken to complete the verification process.
  • To detect and verify information received for prompt escalation to the Whistle Blower (WB) management committee.
  • To prepare and update IGU core functions in RMC meeting as and when is required by the management
  • To plan, organize, deliver and facilitate awareness workshop, briefing and focus group discussion on integrity and governance practices on regular basis for internal and external clients
  • Monitor and consolidate updates on organization’s Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) gap analysis
  • ABMS Certification Champion in ensuring Setia’s compliance, adherence to the various requirements and its maintenance
  • Develop and update integrity related policies and SOP as and when is required
  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration.
  • Certified Integrity Officer (CEIO) by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA) is an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on working experience in integrity and governance set-up
  • Strong networking with other personnel related to integrity and governance
  • Able to communicate effectively at all level
  • Trustworthy, reliable and approachable characters.
