- Provide guidance and support to team members and assigned team members’ work and roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- To execute all sales, marketing and promotional strategies in order that the sales target can be achieved.
- To analyze company market segment and customer orientation to ensure all marketing plans achieve its maximum results and build up sales GP.
- Handle and manage company expansion plan (business development) according to project schedule.
- Check and prepare where required all medias, advertisements and marketing tools prior to launching in order that the information enclosed is accurate.
- Plan, propose and implement Marketing plans in the areas of event, advertising and promotion.
- Support end-to-end digital branding for the website and social media platforms.
- Conduct market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports in order to assist in the design and pricing of the products are competitive and attractive to potential purchasers.
- Perform customer survey and market research activities to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing or related field.
- Analytical, performance-driven and organized individual.
- Detail-oriented and have good time management skills to deliver high quality analysis.
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
- Candidate must be willing to travel locally or oversea if required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
