Our yacht tourism company is seeking a Sales and Marketing to help us expand our customer base and grow our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and event planning, with a strong track record of building relationships with hotel sales people and event companies. The Sales and Marketing will work closely with the us and the yacht charter operations team to create and execute events, develop partnerships with hotels and event companies, and grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with hotel sales people and event companies, with the goal of increasing bookings and event sales.
Develop and execute events and promotions to attract new customers and build brand awareness.
Work with the yacht charter operations team to create tailored packages for events and group bookings.
Plan and coordinate events, from initial concept to execution, including logistics, vendor management, and onsite coordination.
Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the sale, and follow up with leads as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and email campaigns, to promote the company’s services to hotel sales people and event companies.
Attend networking events and trade shows to meet potential partners and clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
