We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Description:

  • To work with PPIC and Marketing on monthly production plan requirement and long short position.
  •  To monitor individual sales budget.
  • To work and coordinate among marketing on budget reallocation.
  • To work and coordinate among marketing to swap the cargo to maximize the monthly shipped quantity.
  • Daily update of Outstanding Contract Listing and send to PPIC, Logistics, Operation team.
  • Daily update of Sales Enquiry Listing and send to PPIC.
  • To input and update Sales Contract Listing for all concluded sales on daily basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Support Administration or similar.
  • Literate in Microsoft Office application: Excel, Words and Power Point.
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
