Our company Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Dungun and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Engineering & Other Engineering, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of m&e coordinator (terengganu based) and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the works are carried out as per “APPROVED FOR CONSTRUCTION” or it’s revision drawings and methods.
- To identify, record and resolve works and/or material defect during construction, Testing and Defect Liabilities Period.
- Monitor and prepare work progress are as per planned schedule, if not discuss with Project Manager and Sub Contractor to take appropriate actions.
- To liaise with consultant/client and sub-contractor to resolve and rectify any design and technical issue.
- Perform measurement verification of the sub-contractor work done and correctly claimed on monthly basis.
- To read and understand the works design, install and test specification, drawings sub-contractor scope approved method statement and etc. are compiled on site.
- Attend the required project coordination meeting with sub-contractor, Project Manager, Consultant and owner.
- Ensure site work quality and report/ test format are in accordance to the project/client requirement (Example, Works Inspection Form, etc.).
- Participate and ensuring site Health Safety Environment (HSE) requirement are duly comply and follow.
- Ensure sub-contractors staff are experience and with proper works permit issue by Authorities.
- All machinery used shall be fit for purpose and testing equipment are functional and with valid calibration certificate.
- Organized and submit all necessary site report (with record and photo) as per client/consultant requirement on daily weekly or monthly basis.
- Organized proper filling of documents on site including final As Built Drawings and O&M.
- Active participation in company improvement program/meeting HSE, SOPC (Standard Operation Procedure) and other Quality improvement initiative.
- To provide sub-contractor performance evaluation as per the required Format.
- Monitor and early identity potential Variation Order (Deduction or Addition) of sub-contractor scope (work or Qty) and notify PM and/or HQ.
- Co-ordination with HQ for starting up and final commissioning submission/approval of the works by the Authorities ( TNB, Telekom, JKKP, Syabas, etc. ).
- To coordinate with HQ and/or consultant and submit to client on additional information or clarity of work through FRI form including follow up.
