Kara Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Selangor and surrounding areas as mis executive with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

  • To support office IT infrastructure, PC, servers, websites, printers, networks and as well company software systems.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • To log all IT service requests and update tickets as needed.
  • Assist team members on daily technical operations.
  • Identify, propose and implement share best IT practices, tools, and processes for The Company.
  • Provide technical support for IT system projects.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in computers/network/hardware/applications/internet/printers knowledge
  • Good knowledge in firewall, VPN, WAN & LAN setting
  • Excellent in Microsoft products (good in Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
  • Good in documentation skills
  • Good team player
  • Minimum Diploma in Computer / Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related fields.

Company Description

KMM, established in 199 in Malaysia, is a fast-growing company dealing in FMCG products and acts as a local representative of experts in the manufacturing of coconut related products. These products are available in food and confectionery manufacturers or in smaller packs in the retail markets.

We started distributing our Kara coconut cream in our first year. We begin exporting Kara coconut milk powder to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan in the following year. In 2003, we exported desiccated coconut (commodity) to the Middle East, China, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

After operating 6 years, we moved to half-acre office/logistics warehouse which is also KMM head quarter in Taman Perindustrian Puchong until today.

In 2008, we diversified coconut-related business by taking up 1st food agency brand. We set up laboratory and R&D kitchen while our business is diversified to Personal Care business after 4 years. We took up 1st non-food agency brand.

In 2013, we have obtained ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certification.

We become member of SEDEX while we launched Karta coconut water in 2014.

We crafted a successful business entity in Malaysia when we receive Malaysia Top Business Excellence Awardand Prima Duta Award for 1st year in 2016. We continue receiving Prima Duta Award for 2nd year and obtained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification in 2017. We further took up skincare and beauty cosmetic agency brand in the same year.

In 2018, we launch KARTA FIZZ – sparkling fruit juice drink. We took up San Macro Pasta from Dubai, diversify in dry foods business and took up Safe Care (Roll-on refreshing oil) in the same year.

We launched Karta Supermall E-mail in 2020.

We relocated our warehouse to U10 Shah Alam, the Distribution Centre with bigger space (121,925 sqft and 12,102 pallet positions) in 2021.

We take up FreshCare (Roll-on medicated oil) in 2022.

During pandemic, we continue to grow our business stably. Today, we are expanding our business and therefore we welcome all qualified personnel to join us!
