We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Office Admin Clerk. For those of you who live in Alor Gajah and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, TANJUNG EMAS TRADING SDN. BHD., and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 2,200. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Able to handle general administration work & clerical duties such as Quotation, Sales Invoice, Credit Note, Purchase Order, Purchase Return
  • Following up on overdue payments and managing collections
  • Received stock and monitor stock inventory
  • Ensure all documents are file accordingly, updated & maintained
  • To handle incoming calls
  • Positive work attitude & ability to work independently
  • Willing to learn and committed to work

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Required Skill(s): Computer literate & Microsoft Office, Autocount Accounting Software
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Start work immediately.
