Responsibilities

< Office Administration & Social Creator >> **Update file index and file labeling
**Request quotation & Prepare purchase order to supplier/subcon.
**Monitor and maintain office tool & machinery to ensure in good condition
**Prefer to familiar with Canva/any design software for design and upload in social media
**Arrange and well organization company item and hygiene in office from time to time
**Answer phone call and open door access, meeting room preparation
**Arrangement others administration task from time to time
**Always follow up with internal team for quotation preparation and submit to system
**During festival perform office decoration & prepare and arrange yearly souvenir ** Arrange compony Activity when necessary
