Our company, TOTAL QS SERVICES is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Johor and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Office Administrator and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

  • Perform general and office administration works such as upkeep of the office, assets management, personnel management, documentation management and other duties.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/ appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the senior and/or management


  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Mandarin language an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy, matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all the time.
