We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Officer - Customer Service. For those of you who live in Johor Bahru and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, ASTAR Steel Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Services & Customer Service with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,800 - RM 3,400. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Responsible for day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.
- Preparing quotation and follow-up on the proposals.
- Receiving and processing sale order and purchase order.
- Checking the accuracy of orders, issuing invoices and delivery order.
- Maintaining sales records, customer records and compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders with other department.
- Provide good customer support by handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- To serve walk-in customers and promote the product to the customer.
