We need you to fill the position as Oil Palm Plantation Manager for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Keningau and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Scope
- Oversea and manage the day-to-day operations of the estate
- Responsible for human capital development, asset utilization and operation performance
- Provide recommendations, initiate, and enforce on all agricultural aspects of the development, maintenance, and operation of the estates
- Ensure all work operations in safe and responsible manner
- Planning and managing estate budget to ensure operating expenses and profitability are maximized
- Achieving company’s KPI and goals
- Regular communication & preparation of reports to head office
- Plan and initiate the respective harvesting and maintenance program
Credential
- Relevant experience in Agriculture or Plantation Management
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in running an oil palm plantation
- Self-starter and always think out of the box in solving issues
- Hardworking and willing to go the extra miles
- Good self-discipline
- Posses experience to drive in slippery road
