Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Online Chat Customer Service. For those of you who live in Petaling Jaya and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, MONTANIC SDN BHD, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service with a minimum degree of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,800 - RM 2,500. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Ecommerce and social media are more relevant than ever before, and online customer service is our first line of contact with customers. Their daily job responsibilities include:

  • responsive in attending to all chats online.
  • providing product and service information and resolving problem to customers.
  • Upsell and cross sell products to customers based on company current promotion.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Proper reporting to relevant person to ensure open communication to all.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Here are some skill sets and attitudes that must have 🙂

  1. Super friendly(important!)
  2. Willing to attend to customers enquiry even in ODD hours!
  3. Patience and passionate to get connect with people.
  4. Good in various language especially BM and English.
  5. Computer literate
