Our company, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Malaysia Sdn Bhd is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Shah Alam/Subang and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Operation Support Executive and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

  • Qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree
  • Experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support

  • Uphold professionalism in the work environment

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Format agent report using Microsoft Excel
  • Matching report with existing database
  • Placing orders daily with vendor
  • Create reference number before making daily orders
  • Daily preparation of order list 
  • Follow up on orders when not received; to ensure orders to be received promptly
  • Prepare supporting documents when invoices received from vendor on monthly basis
  • Submission of invoices to Finance after verification process 
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office softwares
  • No work experience required.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
