Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the operation of the payment transaction, including but not limited to the provision of services and operational support
- Handle and override the transactions as authorized
- Assist to rectify all exemption transactions such as errors and mistakes, rejected, refunds or cancellations transactions
- Improving operation efficiency and management the operational risks involved
- Develop the system requirements and participate in user acceptance test
- Assist the products team in product development and marketing
- Conduct the compliance review of payments operation, report promptly to supervisor for any irregularity
- Identify, control, and report promptly to superiors and other relevant divisions for various types of potential or existing risks and assist in the formulation of corrective measures, regarding to local laws, regulations or codes of practice, guidelines and policies, risk management policies and procedures
- Update regularly on the operations manuals and guidelines
- Attend to administration work from time to time when required
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in timely manner
Job Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with financial institution or similar capacity
- Responsible and hard working
- A good team player, proactive and self-motivated
- Supervisory capacity, good analytical, and problem solving skills
- Fast learner with positive work attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill with good command of languages. Both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Experience in Financial Institution or Money Services Business operations would be advantageous
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
