Candidates with a Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 4,000 - RM 5,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Job Description:

  • Support and meet Group Chief Executive Officer’s (G-CEO) needs in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Manage meetings and prepare minutes where required
  • Prepare reports, presentation materials, business proposals, company memorandum, business letter, etc
  • Manage and process travel arrangements eg visa, flight, restaurant and accommodation reservations for G-CEO
  • Coordinate with driver and update daily schedule and daily travel arrangement for G-CEO and family members when required.
  • Organise and support events hosted by G-CEO (internal and external).
  • Manage other ad-hoc tasks given by G-CEO including family matters.
  • Anticipate the needs of G-CEO in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Secretary / Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience working as secretary. 
  • Able to read, write and converse fluently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Meticulous, detailed and task focused.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to adapt easily to changes.
  • Resourceful, great learning attitude, willing to take on new tasks.
  • Independent, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines; have a sense of urgency for deadlines.

·        Able to organise events and activities efficiently and effectively.

  • Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, Excel and Word.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
