For candidates who reside in Petaling Jaya and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a contract system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant and possess a Not Specified or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 10,000 - RM 15,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Post of: Personal Assistant

Job Description 

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Our ideal candidate for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and providing support to principals at both personal and professional levels. Must be discrete, and have a “can-do” attitude who is a competent multitask possessing a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.

  • To provide full support to Director in managing day-to-day administrative and operations in the office.
  • Responsible to assist Director in following up, monitoring, directing & coordinating tasks, and reporting accordingly.
  • To liaise professionally and strictly confidential with all levels of management, department, and business associates.
  • To maintains Director Confidence and protects operations by keeping

information confidential.

  • Direct & coordinate arrangements, meetings, and/or conferences as

assigned and ensure that Director is well prepared for the meetings

  • Manage the Director’s daily calendar via electronic email and scheduling of appointments or meetings.
  • Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings as well as producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director.
  • Attending a meeting with Director and taking minutes and preparing minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence, and presentations accurately and swiftly.
  • Organizing and maintaining an efficient electronic and paper records filing system in line with the company requirements as well as reviewing the documentation as needed.
  • Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  • Screen incoming phone calls, emails, inquiries, and requests. Handling them as appropriate by replying or highlighting urgent or important correspondence.
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms accordingly.
  • Provide general assistance in PowerPoint presentation, letter drafting, and document filling.
  • Manage Director travel arrangements and personal matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least PSC or Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and coordination skills.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.
  • Able to multi-task, work under minimum supervision, and commit with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Matured, self-motivated, and possess a pleasant personality.
  • Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start on short notice.
