We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative supports to director.
  • Manage appointments, meetings and travelling schedule.
  • Prepare information/ presentation slide/ reports/ agenda for meeting and take minutes in meeting.
  • Make arrangement for travelling/ accommodation/ transportation/ air ticket, etc. 
  • Maintain the records for directors’ properties, investments and motor vehicle, which include all the relevant required payment (such as quit rent, road tax, and etc) are up to date.
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, private and confidential matters.
  • Process directors’ claims and expenses reimbursements.
  • Sourcing for the necessaries for company events.
  • Follow-up assigned tasks and report on progress.
  • Maintain proper filing system, including data management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in business admin / management/ secretarial or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction line.
  • Mature, responsible, flexible, proactive at work and efficient at accomplishing tasks assigned.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
