We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Personal Assistant to CEO. For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, GOBS SDN BHD, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant with at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 2,500 - RM 4,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Descriptions:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Organize and prepare meeting materials and presentations for the CEO.
- Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as directed by the CEO.
- Provide reports for senior management as required.
- Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives. (Fresh-graduate are welcome to apply)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
