Position: Personal Assistant To Managing Director

Level : Fresh/Entry level

Salary range : RM2,500.00 – 3,500.00

Job Description

Manage the affairs and arrange the needs of the Managing Directors which not limited to:

  • Follow up, monitor, direct & coordinate tasks, and report accordingly. 
  • Assists Director in translation of any spoken and written contents from Cantonese to English and vice versa.
  • Provides administrative support to the Director to ensure efficient operation of the office. 
  • Organise appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Provide reminders to the Directors of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staff and clients.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by Managing Directors from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration. 
  • Possess computer skills particularly Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Meet. 
  •  Able to take and execute instructions well.
  • Well organised, with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  •  Extreme attention to details, highly organised, presentable, proactive, problem solver with minimum supervision.
  • Possessing a driving licence and own transport is preferred.
  • Must proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken & written). 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语。口头和书面.
