Roles and responsibilities
– To manage all aspects of factory’s administration, production, and up-keep of premise to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
– Working closely with others Department to implement and execute activities in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures such as SMETA, GMP, ISO, OSHE etc
– Ensuring regulatory and authorities’ (DOE, DOSH, MPK, BOMBA, etc.) requirements are met, including licensing, permits, certificates and other relevant approvals are obtained and renewed at all times.
– Achieve Operational Excellence objectives, Initiate and implement continuous improvement and cost saving plans with the objective to ensure optimal use of company resources and minimizing wastage.
– Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management from time to time to better manage the factory environment.
– Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
– Increase production, machines capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
– Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
– Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Sciences / Business studies or equivalent.
– Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in gloves manufacturing.
– Mature personality, independent, and all-rounded in factory management and able to lead a diverse team / manage workers within the factory.
– Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and result oriented.
– Able to work in Ipoh
