We are hiring for candidates in the residents of North, West, & Toa Payoh and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Preschool Teacher in our business office, Just Kids.

This is a decent opportunity for you who are willing to work under full time working hours.

Candidates with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Education/Training & Education are especially required. Because our company values a competitive and professional work atmosphere, the candidates we seek must be dependable, honest, disciplined, and diligent.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 2,500 - RM 4,500, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities: 

As one of our teachers, you will manage a class in teaching and routine care responsibilities.

  • You will guide the class of children under your care to.
  • Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child’s development, identifying emerging trends to keep innovating. This includes developing initiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment.
  • Build collaborative stakeholder relationships and partnerships, amongst centre staff and families we serve.
  • Manage family and community programmes as we believe in contributing back to the community we are in.
  • Conduct routine caregiving and always looking for improvements to deliver better quality and service
  • Uplift professional practice in promoting our vision, mission and values and innovating to deliver high quality service standards

Job Requirements:

  • At least a L1 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood – Teaching.
  • Strong communication skills – spoken and written Chinese (for Chinese Curriculum Language Teachers).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • With or without teaching experience; but highly motivated, energetic and passionate about promoting children’s learning and development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word.
