We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description:
Guide and lead technicians in the timely completion of all required process and tasks.
Advise and ensure the sufficient / minimum manpower available in the production.
Ensure all equipment to be maintained well by doing services, calibration and tracking the schedules and close in the system.
Plan and perform predictive and corrective maintenance (parts change) timely as per schedule.
Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records.
Propose solution and best-known method for solutions of a daily matter.
Accountable for troubleshooting equipment or parts failures.
Accountable to supervise on vendor / contractor work assign to site for proper execution & Safety & site requirements are being followed.
Perform daily routine systems and area inspection and report / escalate for actions immediately.
Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting as necessary.
Develop and implement maintenance and operations procedures, risk assessments and method of statements.
To identify and forecast ongoing spare parts requirement and ensure adequate safety stock level to avoid operation and machinery downtime.
Ensure all consumables is available for replacement at all time.
Ensure chemical replenishment for process is available, perform receiving and manage all waste collections by vendor and proper documentation.
Ensure the training of technicians are provided on equipment operation / process and maintenance and all training records are file in order and available for audits.
Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits.
Generate reports and presentations on all related require activities.
Responsible to timely follow up to close and reply on actions item from customer findings or audit.
Lead / supervise startup, commissioning, installation process systems.
Actively provide improvement plan / suggestion and involve in FMEA.
24 hours standby for emergency activation or during any shutdown if required.
To prepare and evaluate technical requirement for procurement.
To prepare Technical and Non-technical instruction and guideline for the safe operation of machinery and personnel to conform and comply with all statutory regulatory and legislation requirements.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering – Chemical or equivalent.
Having adequate knowledge in GMP
