We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of RM 13,000 - RM 25,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
1.Responsible for yield improvement and production efficiency improvement.
2. Process consumables and other cost reduction implementation.
3. Project planning and publicity and leading implementation.
4.Responsible for SPC data sorting and SPC control boundary setting.
5.Personnel management and work continuity performance evaluation in the department.
6.Improvement of process and yield FACA, 8Dreport and other reports review.
7.Handling and coordination of production anomalies/prevention and countermeasures of quality
Problems.
8.Education and training and skill certification of on-site cadres.
9.Product, cost and engineering analysis review.
10.Skills and performance evaluation, coordinate equipment introduction and evaluation.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 5 year’s minimum experience on semiconductor industry;
3. Strong team work spirit;
4. Strong responsibility;
