We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Procurement Executive. For candidates who reside in Shah Alam/Subang and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at ENERGYHUB (M) SDN. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

  • Responsible for all purchase requisition, receive and request for quotation and place order with suppliers
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods
  • Source suppliers and maintain listing in order to obtain best prices, timely supplies and prompt service
  • Liaise with Sales planning personnel regarding stocks requirements
  • Monitoring stock and prepare inventory reports
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Handle all administrative matters
  • To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management from time to time

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Auto-Count System will be added advantage
  • Logistics knowledge and Purchasing skills
  • Knowledge in Customs requirements and handling procedures
  • Basic skills in inventory / stock management
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
