Job Summary:
Salary: $7,00 – $ 10,00 (Depends on working experience)

Job Scope:
- Strategic planning, commercialization, operationalization and drive the growth of your product category
- Involved in full product lifecycle management
- Create and implement a global go-to-market strategy, including identifying opportunities and target customers, shaping product positioning, defining value propositions, setting pricing structures, and initial capacity planning.
- Establish, nurture, and manage partnerships with collaborators to design and produce new product models.
- Lead and direct product development activities, including consumer and market research, specification setting, product launch coordination, user manual creation, and roadmap management.
- Collaborate with software development for product requirements and oversee smart home integration.
- Prioritize and select new product prospects by considering market trends, customer demands, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and drive the success of products.
- Foster innovation in the product category by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain clear communication with senior management by providing regular updates and reports on the progress of the product category.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or Finance.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B product management, demonstrating the ability to lead independently.
- Willingness to embrace uncertainty. Requires hands-on exploration and testing from various angles.
- Data-driven mindset. Capable of organizing, quantifying, and qualifying product research data. Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data modeling is essential.
- Strong business acumen. Understand the broader context in which our business operates, including trends in sustainability, consumer perception, brand opportunities and challenges. Translate insights into actionable strategies for profitable growth.
- Keen attention to detail and adept project management skills for multi-market projects.
