We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Pontian and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Production Engineer (Precast Company) in our business office, Precast Concrete (Pontian) Sdn Bhd.

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Building/Construction & Civil/Construction are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 4,000 - RM 5,200, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! ■ Oversees the plant production operation and ensures that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
■ Ensure execution of production progress are follow the production schedule within the time frame given.
■ Liaising and coordinate between Contract Department, Procurement Department, QAQC Department, Mould team and Sub-contractor to ensure smooth of daily production.
■ Collaborate with QAQC Department, initiate to identify and diagnosing the root cause of product’s defect to improve production’s efficiency.
■ Ensures the quality of the production of precast concrete components in accordance with latest approved shop drawings, work instructions, casting programme & approved quality control methods.
■ To perform of full inspection of mould receiving and daily pre-pour inspections of precast components with
consultant’s representative according to approved precast shop drawings.
■ To assist Senior Production Engineer in managing a team of Production Supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components. Disseminate through Production Executive if needed.
■ Providing necessary production’s documentation to Data Entry Clerk.
■ Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.
■ Liaising with Production Department’s member and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.
