Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure Customer Orders Confirmation to best possible delivery dates.
- Check raw materials / resources availability and plan for production scheduling.
- Coordinate and liaise with Product Marketing / Development and Production / QA with new product / raw material phase in.
- Control WIP and FG inventories at optimum level and minimize product scrap or aging.
- Work closely with Production in order to fulfill 100% of line items in weekly production plan.
- Liaise / Clarify with Product Marketing / Development / QA/ Production on new product / raw material phase in.
- Monitor Weekly/Monthly key performance indices.
- Communicate with Customer Service on delivery issues and orders confirmation.
- Frequent review of short-term forecast loading to prevent excessive raw material purchased.
- Coordinate with warehouse/Production on Customers Return Material disposition.
- Handle projects as assigned by superior, and involve with SAP continual improvement project assigned by Strategic Planning in Germany.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Economics / Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Semiconductor / electronic/ manufacturing field is preferred.
- Candidate must possess a sound SAP knowledge.
