We are hiring for the position of Project Admin / Site Admin with full time working hours for our company office, Yicai Construction Sdn Bhd, for residents of Johor Bahru and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U & Professional Certificate or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

  • Assist in clerical works, meeting minutes, preparation of project progress report, data entry and document filing
  • To record, check and ensure material delivered to site is correct is respect of quality and quantity.
  • To record all data regarding site information such as site weather chart, site activities, material received, manpower and usage of machinery and equipments and progress record etc.
  • To assist in implementation of ISO 9001 & documentation.
  • To prepare project reports for meeting with clients.
  • To prepare all documentation for submission to clients / consultants.
  • To ensure D.O. return to Purchasing Department on time.
  • To verify D/O against P/O & PRF and key into system.
  • To record all incoming and outgoing drawings and documentation.
  • To ensure subcontractor incoming.
  • To assist QS for subcontractor progress claim and work order.
  • Any other works assigned by superiors.


  • Minimum SPM or higher qualification
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
