We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of PROJECT SUPPORT ASSISTANT CUM ADMIN. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

  • Maintain and update Document Filing on Server
  • Preparation and updating of Sales, Project & Service documentation including Bill of Material (BOM), Delivery Requisition (DR), Packing Lists (PL), Sales Handoyer Meeting (SHO)
  • Compiling, completion and forwarding of documents Travel Authorization Form (TAF), Service Work Order (SWO), Purchase Order (PO), Service Report (SR) Expenses for Service/Project Engineers prior Mobilization and after Demobilization for invoicing
  • Input of sales pricing into Open Text Data Base (DB) Create man-hour summary from engineer’s time sheets Updating of Comm Base DB
  • Create Vendor Document Register List (VDR L) and maintain on a weekly basis for each project
  • Prepare soft copies of Project documentation for submission to client / receive commented drawings from client and file / distribute to team
  • Coordinate between inter-department (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Drafting, Assembly, Logistic, Service) related to project matters.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

  • Possess Diploma in Business Management, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Office Management & Computer / Telecommunication
  • Computer Proficiency in Ms Office, Office Suite, MS Visio, AX (Advantage), OpenText (Advantage),
