Responsibilities:
1. The Mechanical Engineer Quarry and Raw Mill is responsible for the maintenance of Quarry and Raw Mill operation, documentation, housekeeping, comply with HSE and regulation in plant to ensure smooth operations in CIMA. Besides that, the job is to ensure the smoothness of the operation to increase CIMA’s productivity.
2. Adhere and comply with HSE rules and regulations, quality and energy management by carry out safety observations, analysis and improvement/proposal to achieve ZERO LTI.
3. Quality, Environmental and Safety management system conforms to the requirement of international standard and mechanical job done is in accordance with relevant codes ASME, ASTM to comply with CIMA Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulation.
4. Contribute on a technical advice on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure the smoothness of the equipment.
5. Update day to day maintenance activities and organizing day to day maintenance job as a step taken for preventive maintenance to Head of Mechanical.
6. Propose plant improvement or modification to increase CIMA’s productivity and reliability.
7. Planning & organization of short and long-term plant stoppages to ensure the smoothness of plant operation.
8. Any responsibilities that maybe assigned by HOD from time to time.
9. Collect, analyze & interpret data to ensure a proper report writing and documentation.
10. Assist Mechanical Department Head in managing staff, operational budget and capital expenditure budget to prepare a proper paperwork.
11. Implement 5s practices and good housekeeping at the storage and workplace area to improve CIMA’s productivity together with the quality of products.
