We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt and possess a Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Requirements:
- Willing to work at Merlimau Industrial Area, Melaka.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years purchasing experience in manufacturing field.
- An analytical mind, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good negotiation skill and able to communicate with persons at different levels.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all purchases conform to company expectation in term of standard, quality and time.
- Ensure all purchase processes compliance with company policy.
- Ensure all purchases fulfill regulated standard.
- Able to establish cordial relationship with internal and external stakeholder.
- Implement standardization to enhance cost saving and reduce cycle time.
- Utilize all procurement system tools.
- Monitor the price trend of all purchase material price.
- Recommend changes to the procedure and process where necessary to ensure that check and balance are maintain between procurement and other department.
- Request for quotation for pricing, goods quality and services comparison for any new acquisition.
- Ensure the integrity of supplier information maintained in the database system.
- Prepare purchase report, raw material outstanding report and other related report.
- Verify and updated material pricing.
- Apply raw material exempted certificate.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
