We need you to fill the position as Purchasing Executive for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Sungai Petani and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 3,000 - RM 5,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Research potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years or above experience in Purchasing.
- Can speak Mandarin and English
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with clients.
- Strong skills in data analytics will be considered favorably.
- Strong execution, communication and coordination skills
- Possess own transport
